Main Office Screen: For easy use | |

user friendly main office screen. It uses a drawing of a farmers office with 'hot
spots' on the screen that takes you to different parts of the programme. For example,
clicking on the piggy bank in the bottom righthand corner of the screen takes
you into the cashbook part of the programme. |  |

Cashbook: Easily manage your farm finances | |

can be downloaded for fast processing. Time can be saved through auto coding and
splitting of common transactions e.g. power and phone. Financial reporting for
individual or selected banks and instant GST reporting are included. Annual reports

Mapping: Drawing of farm map | |
| | You are able to insert a farm colured
photo to assist in preparing your farm map. Details such as paddocks, roads, tracks,
trees and pipes can be included. Distances/Area can be measured electronically.
A new farm map for each farming season can be automatically produced. |  |

Paddock Diary: Record various paddock events | |
| | This uses your map to diarise production
management and to record farm events. Resulting spray schedules and fertiliser
reports are amongst many other reports useful for QA purposes. Entries by selected
activities e.g. spraying by calander day or paddock can easily be reviewed. |  |

Financial Budgeting: | |
| | Actuals from previous cashbooks can be
used to populate a new budget or you can start a new budget afresh. Create scenarios
using the budget module to help you plan your financial management. |  |

for the forthcoming season. The farmer can input feed supply and demand to get
a visual representation of the feed surplus. |  |

- with all money receipted automatically creating a Cashbook transaction. It includes
a credit note facility as well as statement and aged debtor reports. We can customise
your invoices to display your logo at the top, or a watermark on the page. |  |

Wagebook: Paying employees | |
| | A suite of useful features including
editable tax rates , employee deductions, tax-free and taxable allowances, a pay
calculator and leave recorder. All functions can be dynamically integrated with
the Cashbook. You can also produce pay reconciliation reports for the IRD with
a single click. This used to be sold as a separate programme but is now comes
as a standard module within Landmark Farm. |  |

Stock Diary: Record stock management | |
| The Stock Diary records information
about mobs,groups or individual animals. Ideal for quality audit/traceability
compliance, for example drug reconciliations. You can record production details
for milk, meat, fibre and other stock related tasks. Data can be imported from
other electronic devices e.g. weighing scales, ear tags and pasture measuring
equipment saving you time. |  |

| | Quite possibly one of the most important
areas of LandMark Farm. With a comprehensive list of reports available from within
just about every module, you can produce neat reports using the data you have
already put into LandMark. With Cashbook Reports covering areas such as GST, Trial
Balance, Cashbook Totals et cetera, you can help to reduce your accounting fees,
while keeping your accountant happy at the same time. Other reports include Budget/Actuals,
Budget Totals and Cashflow. Produce reports on practically every available aspect
from within the Diary Module including individual stock activity reports. The
Wagebook, Invoicing and ePayments reports give clear information about the status
of your affairs at any given time. |  |
